Join us at the MRU Graduate Studies Fair as an exhibitor to connect with ambitious MRU students seeking graduate programs or professional certification. This annual event provides an excellent platform for your institution to showcase a variety of programs, engage with prospective students, and highlight the unique opportunities you offer. Register now to secure your spot and interact directly with motivated individuals ready to take the next step in their educational journey.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Showcase your institution and the programs you offer.
  • Connect with MRU students from over 50 undergraduate programs to generate interest in continuing their studies at your institution.
  • Gain visibility and recognition within the MRU community and beyond.
Registration Fees:
  • Early Bird Fee: $500 + GST (June 1st - July 15th, 2024)
  • Regular Fee: $600 + GST (July 15th - August 15th, 2024)
  • Last Minute Fee: $700 + GST (August 15th - September 1st, 2024)
Your registration fee includes the following:
  • Table with 2 chairs, and a tablecloth
  • 2 representatives
  • Light refreshments and lunch
  • Institution profile on the Career Services website from September to November 2024
  • Institution name on student promotional materials
  • Volunteer assistance throughout the day

Early Bird Fee

Join the Early-Bird Registration for a $500 + GST from June 1st to July 15th, 2024.

Your registration fee includes:

  • Table with 2 chairs, and a tablecloth
  • 2 representatives
  • Light refreshments and lunch
  • Institution profile on the Career Services website from September  to November 2024
  • Institution name on student promotional materials
  • Volunteer assistance throughout the day
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be offered for cancellations 30 days prior to the event date.
 

Regular Fee

Join the Regular Registration for a $600 + GST from July 15th to August 15th, 2024.

Your registration fee includes:

  • Table with 2 chairs, and a tablecloth
  • 2 representatives
  • Light refreshments and lunch
  • Institution profile on the Career Services website from September  to November 2024
  • Institution name on student promotional materials
  • Volunteer assistance throughout the day
